Placement & Site Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring a flat, stable placement location with reasonable truck access for delivery, servicing, and pickup, and for confirming whether local permits are required for the chosen placement (such as public street or park placement, or events requiring ADA-accessible units). Pricing & Payment
Pricing displayed or discussed through this site is informational and subject to confirmation based on your event or project, location, unit count, and servicing needs. See our pricing guide for the general factors that affect cost. Final pricing and accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any applicable fees for short-notice changes, will be provided at the time of booking. Please refer to your specific rental confirmation for details.
Liability & Damage
In general, customers should understand that delivery, placement, and servicing of a portable toilet, hand wash station, or restroom trailer involves heavy equipment and repeated site access over the rental period, which may pose a risk of surface damage to lawns, driveways, or other placement areas, and requires the placement location to remain accessible for the full rental term; provider-specific liability terms will be outlined in your rental agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the business is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
